2. Adult-Only Use, Lawful Travel and Eligibility

DesireHub is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in the country where the client is located and where any travel-related service is requested, whichever is higher.

  • You must be legally permitted to use our website, communicate with us and request travel-planning support.
  • You must provide accurate, current and truthful information during consultation and booking.
  • You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, entry requirements, travel permissions, health requirements and any other personal travel obligations.
  • We may request proof of age, identity, travel details or other information before providing or confirming services.
  • We may refuse, suspend or cancel communication or services if we believe a person is underage, misrepresenting their identity, acting unlawfully, acting abusively or creating safety, legal, reputational or operational risk.
We do not support, arrange, encourage or tolerate illegal activity. All enquiries, travel plans, add-ons, preferences and destination arrangements are subject to lawful destination rules, safety, availability, comfort, mutual consent and final private confirmation.

3. Nature of Our Services

DesireHub provides private lifestyle travel consultation and planning support for verified adults. Our services may include destination guidance, package information, itinerary planning, travel coordination, hotel guidance, transport coordination, airport pickup and drop support, selected meals or dining guidance, wellness or relaxation guidance, nightlife or evening guidance, add-on planning and other private travel support.

3.1 Consultation-first service

We operate on a consultation-first basis. Information shown on the website is general and may not represent final availability, final inclusions, final pricing or final destination conditions.

3.2 Package descriptions

  • Package names, prices, durations and inclusions are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
  • Approximate prices may change due to destination, dates, currency rates, hotel level, flights, transport, meals, add-ons, local availability or client preferences.
  • Platinum, custom, VIP, group or special-request packages are quoted privately after consultation.
  • Some services may be provided by third-party hotels, drivers, transport providers, local operators, venues, airlines, payment providers or other independent suppliers.

3.3 No guarantee of specific outcomes

We aim to provide careful planning, clear communication and responsible support. However, we do not guarantee any particular venue, individual, lifestyle preference, itinerary outcome, travel experience, supplier decision, immigration outcome, visa approval, airline performance, hotel upgrade, event access or third-party availability.

Website content is not a legal, immigration, medical, safety, financial or tax advice service. Clients should obtain appropriate independent advice where needed.

4. Enquiries, Bookings, Payments and Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed simply because a client sends an enquiry or receives initial information. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the required payment, deposit or agreed payment step has been received and accepted.

4.1 Enquiry stage

  • You may contact us through our website, WhatsApp, email or other approved communication channels.
  • You should share your destination, travel dates, number of travellers, package interest, comfort level, add-on preferences and any relevant limitations.
  • We may ask questions to understand your travel request and assess whether we can assist.
  • We are not obliged to accept every enquiry.

4.2 Package summary

Before confirmation, we may provide a written summary outlining selected package, estimated price, included services, optional add-ons, payment schedule, known limitations and important assumptions.

4.3 Payments

  • Payments may include consultation fees, deposits, package payments, stage payments, balance payments, add-on payments, amendment charges, cancellation charges or third-party supplier charges.
  • All payment deadlines must be followed to keep a booking active.
  • Prices may be displayed or quoted in EUR, GBP, USD or another currency. Currency conversion costs, card fees, bank charges, transfer costs and payment-provider fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • We may use bank transfer, card, payment link, payment provider, invoice or other approved payment method.
  • We may refuse third-party payments, suspicious payments, incomplete payments or payments that fail compliance checks.
  • Chargebacks, payment disputes or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension of services while the matter is reviewed.

4.4 Pay-by-day or flexible daily support

Where available, selected local support or add-ons may be discussed flexibly after a base package or travel arrangement is confirmed. This is not guaranteed and depends on destination, dates, package type, local availability, payment status and final confirmation. We will explain what must be paid before travel and what may be handled flexibly.

Never assume that a service, add-on, hotel, flight, venue, activity or preference is confirmed unless it is clearly included in a written confirmation from DesireHub.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, Changes and No-Shows

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the package, travel date, destination, payment stage, third-party supplier rules, work already completed and costs already incurred.

5.1 Client cancellations

  • If you cancel after consultation, planning work, supplier coordination or booking work has started, fees may be non-refundable to reflect work already completed.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable where they cover planning, administration, supplier reservation, hotel, transport, airline, payment processing or local coordination costs.
  • Third-party supplier charges, hotel charges, flight charges, venue charges, transfer fees, payment fees and local supplier costs may be non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility will be assessed case by case according to the written package confirmation and applicable law.

5.2 Changes requested by the client

  • Changes to destination, dates, hotel level, flights, number of nights, transport, meals, add-ons or preferences may change the final price.
  • Changes are subject to availability and third-party supplier rules.
  • Urgent changes may require additional fees.
  • We may decline changes that are impractical, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable or outside the agreed package scope.

5.3 No-shows, late arrival and missed services

  • If you miss a flight, arrive late, fail to attend a scheduled arrangement or do not provide required information on time, we may be unable to recover costs.
  • No refunds are guaranteed for missed services caused by client delay, incorrect information, failure to communicate, intoxication, misconduct, refusal by a third party, immigration refusal, visa issue, airline issue or force majeure event.

5.4 Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, we may deduct non-refundable supplier costs, payment processing fees, transfer costs, planning fees, administrative fees, cancellation charges and any cost already incurred. Refund timing depends on banks, payment providers and third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Refund limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Client Behaviour, Mutual Respect and Safety

DesireHub expects respectful, lawful and responsible behaviour from all clients. Private travel planning works only when communication is clear, respectful and safe for everyone involved.

6.1 Required behaviour

  • You must communicate respectfully with DesireHub, advisors, local coordinators, drivers, hotel staff, venue staff, suppliers and any third parties.
  • You must follow local laws, hotel rules, venue rules, transport rules, safety instructions and destination-specific requirements.
  • You must treat all persons with dignity, respect, privacy and consent.
  • You must provide accurate information and avoid misleading, abusive or aggressive behaviour.

6.2 Prohibited behaviour

  • Harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, intimidation, stalking, coercion, violence or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Requests involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, illegal services, non-consensual activity, unsafe activity or anything unlawful in any relevant jurisdiction.
  • Possession, use or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, violence, fraud, bribery or criminal activity.
  • Refusal to follow safety instructions, hotel rules, venue rules or local laws.
  • Recording, photographing, publishing or sharing private details of any person without permission.
  • Damaging property, refusing to pay valid charges, causing public disturbance or harming DesireHub’s reputation through misconduct.

6.3 Right to refuse or terminate services

We may refuse, suspend, cancel or terminate services immediately if we believe a client is acting unlawfully, disrespectfully, aggressively, dishonestly, unsafely or in a way that creates legal, safety, reputational, financial or operational risk.

If services are terminated because of client misconduct, illegal conduct, threatening behaviour, unsafe behaviour, false information or breach of these Terms, refunds may be refused to the extent permitted by law and the client may remain responsible for any losses, damages, charges or third-party costs caused by their conduct.

7. Health, Hygiene, Personal Safety and Protection

Clients are responsible for their own health, personal hygiene, personal safety, physical wellbeing, travel readiness and personal conduct at all times. DesireHub provides private travel-planning and coordination support only. We do not provide medical advice, health screening, sexual health advice, personal safety guarantees or any guarantee regarding the health, hygiene, conduct or private choices of any third party.

7.1 Personal health responsibility

  • You must not travel or participate in any planned activity if you know or reasonably suspect that you have a contagious illness, serious medical condition, untreated infection, unsafe condition or any health issue that may put yourself or others at risk.
  • You are responsible for seeking medical advice before travel if you have any health condition, allergy, medication requirement, mobility limitation, mental health concern, sexual health concern, injury or other personal risk factor.
  • You must carry any required medication, prescriptions, emergency medical information, travel insurance documents and personal health supplies.
  • You are responsible for understanding local health risks, climate conditions, food and drink risks, alcohol limits, medication rules and any destination-specific health requirements.

7.2 Personal hygiene and respectful standards

  • You must maintain appropriate personal hygiene, cleanliness, respectful appearance and responsible behaviour during travel, meetings, transport, hotel stays, dining, wellness experiences, nightlife guidance or any other planned activity.
  • You must respect the hygiene, privacy, personal space, boundaries, comfort and dignity of all persons you interact with.
  • Hotels, wellness providers, venues, drivers, local operators and third-party suppliers may refuse service if a client’s hygiene, behaviour, intoxication, health condition or conduct creates concern.
  • If services are refused because of hygiene, unsafe behaviour, intoxication, disrespect, health risk or breach of rules, refunds may be unavailable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.3 Protection, consent and private personal choices

  • Any private personal interaction, social interaction, lifestyle preference or adult decision made by a client is the client’s own responsibility and must always be lawful, respectful, voluntary, safe and based on clear mutual consent.
  • Clients are responsible for using appropriate protection, safer personal practices and personal judgment where relevant.
  • DesireHub does not provide, arrange, guarantee, supervise or control private intimate activity, personal relationships, personal decisions, adult choices or the conduct of independent third parties.
  • We do not guarantee the health status, hygiene, consent, identity, reliability, availability, behaviour, intentions or personal decisions of any third party.
  • Any conduct involving coercion, exploitation, harassment, minors, non-consent, unsafe behaviour, violence, trafficking, illegal services or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported where appropriate.

7.4 Alcohol, substances and unsafe conduct

  • You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption, decision-making, behaviour and safety.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, violence, public disorder, unsafe intoxication or unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited.
  • We may cancel, suspend or refuse support if a client appears intoxicated, unsafe, aggressive, medically unwell, threatening, dishonest, non-compliant or unable to make responsible decisions.
  • DesireHub is not responsible for losses, injuries, refusal of service, missed arrangements, legal issues, health issues or third-party decisions caused by client intoxication, substance use, unlawful conduct or unsafe behaviour.

7.5 No medical or personal safety guarantee

DesireHub may provide general travel and coordination guidance, but we do not provide medical assessment, sexual health screening, personal security services, insurance advice, emergency medical services or personal safety guarantees. Clients should obtain suitable travel insurance, act responsibly, follow local laws and seek professional medical or legal advice where needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesireHub is not liable for health issues, personal hygiene issues, infections, injuries, private personal decisions, lack of protection, intoxication, unlawful behaviour, third-party conduct, client misconduct, emotional distress, personal disputes, refused services, missed arrangements or consequences arising from a client’s own choices, actions or omissions.

8. Third-Party Suppliers and Travel Providers

Many travel-related services may be provided by independent third parties. These may include airlines, hotels, apartment providers, transport companies, drivers, guides, venues, restaurants, wellness providers, payment processors, booking platforms, local operators and other suppliers.

  • Third-party suppliers are independent and may have their own terms, prices, rules, cancellation policies, refund terms, safety requirements and privacy practices.
  • We are not responsible for third-party delays, cancellations, refusals, price changes, service quality issues, rule changes, closures, strikes, overbooking, safety decisions or supplier misconduct except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • We may assist with communication or coordination, but we do not control every third-party decision.
  • If a third party refuses service due to client behaviour, documentation issues, age, intoxication, non-compliance, payment issue, local law or safety concern, refunds may not be available.

8.1 Package travel and linked travel arrangements

Depending on the exact services selected, how they are sold and the laws that apply, certain bookings may be treated differently under travel or consumer regulations. Where mandatory travel, package travel or linked travel arrangement rules apply, we will comply with the obligations that apply to us.

Clients should review airline, hotel, insurance, visa, immigration and destination rules independently before confirming travel.

9. Travel Documents, Insurance, Health and Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your personal readiness to travel. DesireHub may provide general guidance, but final responsibility remains with the client.

  • You must ensure your passport, visas, entry permissions, onward travel, vaccination documents and other requirements are valid.
  • You should purchase suitable travel insurance covering medical issues, cancellations, delays, baggage, personal liability, emergency assistance and any planned activities.
  • You are responsible for your personal health, medication, allergies, physical ability, dietary requirements and safety decisions.
  • You must not travel against medical advice or hide important health, safety or accessibility information that could affect arrangements.
  • You are responsible for personal belongings, cash, devices, documents and valuables unless a loss is directly caused by our proven negligence and cannot legally be excluded.

10. Website Information, Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep website information clear and accurate, but destination details, package information, prices, inclusions, add-ons, images, availability and examples may change.

  • Website content is provided for general information and does not create a confirmed booking.
  • Images, icons, examples and descriptions may be illustrative.
  • Prices shown as “from”, “approx.” or “starting from” are estimates and may change before confirmation.
  • We may update, remove or change packages, add-ons, routes, destinations, pricing or terms without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for temporary website downtime, technical errors, broken links, browser issues or third-party platform issues.

11. Liability, Risk and Limitations

DesireHub provides private travel consultation, package planning and coordination support with reasonable care and skill where required by applicable law. However, travel, private lifestyle planning, destination activities, personal choices and third-party services may involve risks outside our control.

11.1 Client assumes personal travel risk

  • You understand that international travel may involve health, safety, legal, cultural, transport, weather, supplier, immigration, financial and personal risks.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether a destination, activity, venue, hotel, local area, transport option, social situation or personal choice is suitable for you.
  • You are responsible for your own documents, visas, insurance, health, hygiene, protection, belongings, money, devices, conduct and personal decisions.
  • You must take reasonable steps to protect your own safety, privacy, health and wellbeing during travel.

11.2 Matters outside DesireHub’s control

  • Immigration refusal, visa refusal, passport issues, border decisions, police action, customs decisions or government restrictions.
  • Airline delays, cancellations, baggage issues, missed connections, airport disruption or transport breakdown.
  • Hotel policies, overbooking, service refusal, venue rules, supplier cancellations, local pricing changes or third-party service quality.
  • Weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, political unrest, protests, strikes, war, terrorism, internet outage, payment-provider issues or force majeure events.
  • Client intoxication, illness, hygiene issues, unsafe conduct, unlawful behaviour, refusal to follow instructions or inaccurate information.
  • Personal interactions, adult decisions, social situations, lifestyle preferences, private choices, third-party conduct or any outcome not expressly confirmed in writing by DesireHub.

11.3 No liability for client choices or third-party conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesireHub is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, infection, dispute, refusal of service, arrest, fine, missed arrangement, emotional distress, reputational issue, personal conflict, financial loss or legal consequence caused by client behaviour, client decisions, private personal choices, third-party actions, third-party omissions or events outside our reasonable control.

11.4 No guarantee of specific outcomes

DesireHub does not guarantee any specific travel outcome, hotel upgrade, flight performance, venue access, local experience, wellness result, nightlife result, social outcome, lifestyle outcome, personal interaction, third-party availability, third-party conduct, visa outcome, immigration outcome, health outcome, safety outcome or refund outcome unless expressly confirmed in writing and legally enforceable.

11.5 Financial limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the website, consultation, package planning, coordination support, add-ons or confirmed services is limited to the amount paid directly to DesireHub for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11.6 Excluded losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business loss, reputational loss, emotional distress, personal disappointment, missed experience, third-party failure, supplier refusal, personal relationship issue or loss caused by breach of these Terms.

11.7 Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If mandatory consumer, travel or other legal protections apply, those rights will continue to apply.

12. Confidentiality, Privacy and Communication

We understand that clients may contact us about private travel preferences. We aim to handle enquiries discreetly and professionally.

  • You agree to communicate through approved channels such as website forms, email, WhatsApp or other agreed methods.
  • You should not send unnecessary sensitive personal data unless required for consultation or booking.
  • You must not share private communications, quotes, supplier details, staff details, personal details, screenshots or planning information publicly without our written permission.
  • We may keep records of enquiries, communications, package summaries, payments and confirmations for business, legal, safety and compliance purposes.
  • Our use of personal information will be explained in our Privacy Policy.
A full Privacy Policy should be published separately before launch and linked from the footer and contact form.

13. Intellectual Property

The DesireHub website, design, text, package names, layouts, graphics, icons, images, branding, guides, consultation materials and other content are owned by or licensed to DesireHub unless stated otherwise.

  • You may view website content for personal use only.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, scrape, modify or commercially use our content without written permission.
  • You must not use the DesireHub name, logo, website content or brand identity in a misleading, unlawful or reputationally harmful way.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include severe weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, airline cancellation, hotel closure, government action, internet outage, payment provider failure, supplier failure or other events beyond reasonable control.

Where such an event occurs, we will try to communicate reasonably and assist where practical, but refunds, changes or credits may depend on third-party supplier rules and costs already incurred.

15. Complaints, Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If you have a concern, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and try to resolve it fairly.

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing with booking reference, full name, contact details, issue summary and supporting evidence.
  • We may request further information before reviewing a complaint.
  • You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws in another jurisdiction apply and cannot be excluded.
  • The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We aim to resolve issues privately, respectfully and in good faith before any formal dispute route is considered.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply as far as legally possible.

These Terms, together with any written package confirmation, invoice, payment schedule, privacy policy and destination-specific terms, form the agreement between you and DesireHub for the relevant service.
